Storage and Handling ▶

Protein Structure: hCG is a heterodimeric glycoprotein hormone consisting of an α-subunit (shared with FSH, LH, and TSH) and a unique β-subunit.
Reconstitution Recommendations: For optimal stability, reconstitute at a concentration of 100-500 IU/mL. Higher concentrations may require the addition of carrier protein (e.g., 0.1% BSA) to prevent surface adsorption.
